In my experience, GHD has a incredibly inclusive and welcoming culture that encourages flexible working. It is easily the best workplace culture I have been privy to so far in my career, and the low employee turnover is testament to that. I've also found that when I have made my career interests known, my managers have made a conscious effort to position me for relevant roles on projects. Business outlook also appears to be very good and growing in most key business groups.

Cons

The pay is generally good, but usually not top-tier. Whilst engagement with business group leaders is great, I've found there to be lack of opportunity to meet and communicate with senior management.
