      Large company with locations all over the US

      Cons

      Work style is confusing and your worth is determined on how “billable” you are to clients. Depending on what supervisor you get you might be left scrounging for project work due to lack of leadership and delegation. Position requires more networking and business development then you would expect as a scientist.

      Company's culture is always changing to "improve the business"... No loyalty from corporate, if a part of the firm isn't making "budget"; then the will layoff people regardless of their experience and worth.
