      - flexible start time so long as it is communicated / agreed upon

      Cons

      - toxic work culture (profit over individual wellbeing and safety). - inability to shut off after work due to the push that as a consultant it is expected to work more then 40hrs a week. - lack of support by management to develop skills. - massive push for 100% utilised on chargeable projects and the responsibility lies with the individual to find projects and not the manager. - underpaid compared to other companies.
