      Pros

      GHD is privately held and has competitive pay. The stock program is unparalleled in my experience. There is also a business school that coordinates internal training programs.

      Cons

      The restructuring of the west region was poorly executed and it is affecting clients and staff. There is an almost exclusive focus on utilization of junior staff. The management approach seem to be strongly siloed. There are also a lot of distractions from core business. Overhead is escalated to support these distractions from core business

      Seems like a good company with good intentions

      Cons

      Tried to go through the hiring process. Employee recruiting me made all sorts of promises, made a verbal offer without any corporate approval. Actually lied and said everything was approved and then backpedaled. Even had the audacity to then say I should be thanful he even thought of me.
