Excellent, supportive team leaders in well established core engineering areas of the business. Hybrid/flexible working, reasonable salary offering and benefits.

Cons

Chaotic senior leadership that doesn't learn from it's mistakes. Repeatedly trying to enter new disciplines/markets too quickly without organic growth, leading to mass redundancies when they don't succeed.
