      Pros

      Employee owned, flexible work arrangement. Jobs can be interesting depending on which operatinh centre you are at. One GHD ...?

      Cons

      All civil engineers with no interest in process engineering. They are still trying to get into heavy industry but keep looking at gutters, holes and drains. No design work only want owners engineers roles - no risk and high fees. No graduate development or training they prefer just to buy the skills ... if they can.

      Pros

      --Great benefits --Very safety focused --Team based atmosphere is encouraged but no one really shares work because the manager is so focused on achieving a very high billability percentage.

      Cons

      --Extremely toxic office and manager doesn't mitigate office conflicts effectively --Expectations on new hires are excessive compared to experience --Long hours are frequently expected, difficult to balance work/life balance or even keep a medical appointment made in advance.
