      Good health benefits and 401k. Autonomy. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Pay is below market. Mainly older white men in power. Initiatives don't seem to get the kind of Sr. Management support that they should.

      way to much of politics they only listen to one person and does not give the chance or opportunity to some one to clarify or justify their doings and all of sudden without any warnings they will fire the employee, and start;s spreading rumor once they have got rid of the employee its that disgusting, this company has no working ethics nothing at all their behavior is awful
