      Overall I enjoyed my time at GHD and I felt that I got quite good development opportunities and great informal mentoring within my office

      Cons

      No connection to leadership due to size of the company Some office cultures are problematic Salaries can be low

      Good intangible benefits I.e. parties social function etc.

      Cons

      Poor salary. Middling benefits lots of buzz words little action or commitment to the business sector I am involved in.

      Pros

      GHD is a great company; most of the employees and management are fantastic to work with and are very passionate about their work! Pay is above market average for the Quality Assurance industry; and they are extremely flexible with working arrangements!

      Cons

      The Quality Function is well behind the times, the approach to assurance is manual and paper heavy, and the Victorian Quality Manager is very difficult to work with. Quality is a department, not a part of the culture, and that’s exactly how the Quality team like it- they are keeping themselves in work and holding the company back. Hopefully the newly appointed head of the department will have a positive impact!
