      - General staff are fantastic people - Exciting project opportunities - Opportunity to work from home

      Cons

      - the only time you get to negotiate your pay is when you first start (so make it a good one!) - Pay comparison is horrible. - GHD do not financially acknowledge those who consistently put in the extra hard yards (all while expecting them to do so). - Direct quote from the HR department during a night on the turps 'We (HR) are there to only assist the Service Group Managers, nothing more'. - Brown nosing will get you further than loyalty and dedication...

      -Flexible working hours and environment -Supportive of personal growth goals and objectives -Freedom to run a business and be an entrepreneur -Great teams created with common goals and objectives on projects -ability to work on interesting and meaningful projects around the world -opportunity to travel to interesting places -employee share ownership is very advantageous both financially and from a owners mindset perspective -I get to work with people all over the world bringing the best people to my team regardless of where they sit -privately held company allows decisions to be made for the best long term direction of company and not the short term gains that the stock market is looking for

      Cons

      -Very little issues but increased communication would be my only comment for improvement. -More direct contact with senior and junior staff interactions would be helpful
