I was part of a fantastic team of people who cared deeply and were passionate about their work.
Cons
Outdated systems and a mountain of red tapes took all fun out of work. Extremely poor senior management team - uninspiring, uncoherent, lack of empathy, self-interested, wet, etc. GHD's ownership system is fundamentally flawed because decision makers, who incidentally own the most shares, make decisions with their quarterly dividends in mind, not what the company needs to evolve and remain competitive. I have found it particularly distasteful that employees were asked to take forced annual leave to manage budget, while shareholders (senior management) were enjoying high dividend returns.
