I liked my coworkers but as far as the company there are no pros

Cons

The pay: could be a good place to work if you're just starting out and need some experience, but don't expect to get any pay increase as you gain this experience. Its pretty much only good as a first job to get a year under your belt and find something better that'll pay what you're worth The management: only care about billable work which is out of your control and make work feel more like a jail

Interesting and diverse projects and clients Challenging assignments Competitive compensation and benefits Engaged and approachable senior leadership Decentralized leadership with broad authority at the local office level

Cons

Like any large company, at times “the wheels of progress move slowly” Nearly nonexistent bonus program. High performers work for wages like everyone else.

Large pool of resources. Offices throughout California.

Cons

All the profits goes mostly back to the corporate in Australia. Thin bonus and staff perks. Mass exodus of staff when GHD took over a local firm Winzler & Kelly. A lot of technical skills and senior leadership left along with them.
