This is a company (and office) that does not care about your personal life at all. I was required to travel all the time, for at least 2 weeks at a time, even with kids at home. If you can't do that, then expect to be let go. They even let a very pregnant co-worker go during the recent layoffs. After I witnessed that, I started looking for another job. I easily found one with better pay that didn't require me to travel nearly as much.

Some really bad people too... Sexism in the office, some managers will not directly speak to women. I've heard of female employees crying in the bathrooms because of this scare tactic. Office tattle-tells who say that people took two lunches when maybe all they did was head down to the Safety Council for some training that they were scheduled for. Poor office morale due to high turnover and poor advancement opportunities. You don't work your way up through this company, you go do something else for a while and then they hire you into a better situation.
