      Pros

      Good people, engaging work. Decent culture, flexibility and diversity. Organisational power distance feels relatively low for a company of its size, with a lot of decision making authority delegated to local teams.

      Cons

      Workload varies wildly, people are often overloaded but not evenly. Management culture is quite hands off, so problems don't get resolved. Share ownership model is overly exclusive, and relies on profiting off the work of younger employees. Pay is very average against industry.
