      Pros

      Great colleagues and some amazing opportunities to engage with a broad network (if you are in the right area and get on well with management).

      Cons

      Senior Management is a club and if you are not in it your are a number. Total hypocrisy when it comes to "utlisation" etc for general staff compared to management. When things get rocky - watch your back - you are expendable.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for young engineers. You are given a lot of responsibility very early in your career. I was working as job manager an year after graduating. Opportunities to travel internationally.. easy to take a transfer to other GHD offices. People are friendly; great working culture. The company supports and provides a lot of training (technical and non-technical).

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies. Sometimes you don't end up working on the most interesting projects (esp in NZ). High turnover rate.
