Where do I begin, no leadership, poor management decisions, lack of market knowledge, lack of training, lack of care, lack of trust. The company is falling so far behind competitors, the outputs to clients are a long way short. The biggest issue being, the company has shown, the only way to get promoted is to go via the agency route then take an inflated salary and title to get them on staff. This has created a structure where senior teams are made up of the wrong people, those without the skills to deliver what clients need. Slow, poor delivery of projects and a lack of internal communication is ruining the company.
