Pros
Good experience, good benefits, excellent co-workers. Company seems to genuinely care about their employees. Health and safety is the priority, they will not put you in a position that is unsafe.
Cons
You have to log all of your hours to a project, and theres only so much budget/time allocated to work on said project. If you are low on billable hours, you have to scramble to ask project managers for work and find tasks to bill to. If you work fast, theres no incentive to, if you work slow, you just eat the budget up and PMs won’t want you to work on their projects. Burn out seems inevitable.
