Poorly educated management. Pay is well below average for the industry, bonuses are horrible, pretty much non existent and offensive. Healthy care is below par. Rules are inconsistent between offices as it seems that managers often play favorites, especially heritage CRA offices. It seems like the Australia GHD offices are great and everyone is happy. The North American offices are treated like the red-headed step-child.

The executives and HR department are completely corrupt. They do not fairly compensate their employees, especially females. Someone should turn them into the EEOC. They expect you to work more than 40 hours a week, and be available 24/7 but do not want to pay for your cell phone or any overtime. They do not properly train their employees and send them out to sites unprepared, yet lie to the clients about the training and experience. The executive-level people are liars and keep all the company profit for their own pockets. I know of numerous sexual harassment claims that were turned into the HR department with no repercussions. One employee was told not to take it seriously since the harasser was intoxicated and had to keep working with the harasser. People are verbally abused and shamed for speaking out. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to work here.
