Pros

Many career opportunities if you are driven and take advantage of what is in front of you. Hard to drive yourself to perform well when the pay increases, both in process and outcome, are so poor.

Cons

GHD tries to market themselves as a top tier consultancy but offers low tier pay and benefits. There’s a low cost / no thrills approach to work and the employee experience. It’s a multi national corporation after all

Cons

Not enough support from engineers in the building engineering structural team. The company behaves like any corporate, they will get rid of you if they cannot afford you no matter how good you are
