      hybrid work arrangement varied senior mentorship who has their own niches of specialization

      Cons

      salary is good if you know how to negotiate it, but otherwise you'll be stuck with the measly increase during the new fiscal year you have to really keep up on your own, they heavily rely on on-the-job-training so you have to get a project that requires it first and then learn that skill

      Good Work/Life balance Some people are very helpful Supportive for growth, not feeling micromanaged/ a lot of flexibility in terms of work

      Cons

      They only compensate pay based on location/years of experience, Not valuing you as an individual if you are a hard worker. You won't exceed anyone else in your tier due to progress/work ethic. It's constantly compared to statistics/region based pay. Some people are not so pleasant to work with. A lot of downtime if projects aren't consistent
