Pros

I have worked for GHR for just under a year. In my short time I can honestly say I am extremely impressed by the company ethics, growth potential and work life balance. I feel that I am valued as a full time permanent employee and if needed, I could reach out directly to any senior management without question.There is great moral within the company and other employees including respect and a comradery for team work and success. I am proud to say I work for GHR and hope to see many years to come!

Pros

Great culture to gain skills and experience. Always an opportunity for growth/advancement, promote within. Monthly employee appreciation events. Company parties, social gatherings, happy hours, leagues (sports etc.).are always happening for internal staff, great team building! We work hard, play hard. We produce and get rewarded.

Cons

Long Hours. Salary expectations. Production standards are sometimes unrealistic to achieve due to market and census change in the product line in which you are working within GHR.

Allows you the latitude to form your own schedule, work where you want to and when. Friendly, understanding and professional placement staffers.

Cons

Work opportunities are very unpredictable, sometimes no placements for months then other times they will have demand for you for months of working hours.
