Pros

Started as Apprentice and taught me alot. Kept me busy and was a fair company where you earned what you got wasn't just handed it

Cons

I didn't mind it at the time but know alot will. Gotta travel. Don't plan on always working close to home

Pros

Treat you like family, flexible work schedule, still set up like a mom and pop company, no formal vacation policy etc...

Cons

since selling to NANA it is slowly becoming less family type company and they are starting to treat their employees like they are just a number. Worked for 15 years and was recently laid off - because my salary was too large. Never had the opportunity to go part time or hourly. They are sometimes not fair in the way certain employees get paid or promoted, but feel this will be change as the company grows and policies get more set up like a big corporation rather than a mom and pop company like it was 15 years ago.
