      Pros

      Good employees. Safe environment they took good care of their employees, providing rooms at their bunkhouse. They have a great safety schools.

      Cons

      They did not pay a fair wage for what they expected from workers. It was not fair to me. I almost fell 100' because a cheap Chinese tool failed.
