Highly reactionary management made for a stressful and unpredictable work environment. The processes for our internal work flow would change often and drastically keeping most employees from excelling at their position because we were often learning a new process. Also, work flow was highly over complicated for what needed to get done. Pay was uncertain each month, based on an incentive program that managers could not explain. You were required overtime, yet overtime hours were subtracted from your incentive pay. No training for new employees made for unsuccessful beginning.
