Compensation was good and that is about it.

Cons

Everything else was terrible... imagine spending 50 hours a week under duress... not worth it.

We reviewed our personnel files and were unable to locate any person who worked more than 43 hours prior at about the time of your post. We track work time closely and the average non-managerial employee works 43 hours per week. Different workplaces provide different cultures. A few of the employees are nice people

Cons

The ownership team are cowards. They laid off half the staff one owner lead a pep talk the other his in a closet. And the other one was not there. This is t an abnormal event at gl everyday is a gamble based on the ceos emotions which he cannot control.
