Reasonably supportive colleagues and okay place to start a career

Cons

Cost cutting, may fire you at any time without much notice ("asked to leave"), not appreciative of true talent (more concerned about cost-cutting than investing in talent), needs more structure. No real career growth. In SEA, since the Senior Associate position was removed, your next move after Associate is Manager, which is like a 4-year promotion wait. This is intentional.
