      The culture! From Dan Berce all the way down there are great people to work for that treat you fair!

      Weekends and nights. This is an auto finance company so you must be available to work when the dealers are open.

      Pros

      Love the people. Very laid back culture where everyone is enjoyable to work with but people get work done. I really enjoy the leadership in the Pricing department. The AVPs up to the EVP are stellar people with incredible knowledge of the industry and possess superb management skills.
