      Pros

      People are fun to work with. Casual office environment with plenty of banter. Pay is not bad. PTO is good for amount of tenure.

      Cons

      Lack of employee aptitude screening, benefits are marginal. Complete lack of transparency with senior leadership regarding long term goals and direction. Advancement is not based on competency.
