      Pros

      If you want to goof around and have fun while a select few people work hard, this is the company for you. If you want to watch those who are in the "in crowd" get promoted while those with the KSAs to perform the job get passed up, then gm financial is the company for you.

      Cons

      not many minorities promoted; a lot of promotions are based on relatives working there and friendships instead of knowledge, skills, and abilities; basically, the "in crowd" gets away with anything

      Plenty of Parking, Free drinks in break room, Management pretends to want to help you, Casual Dress Attire

      Cons

      Will fire anyone whenever, Policy is always changing- Management will tell you to work a certain way and if the upper management sees it is incorrect you will be let go on the spot. I have seen this company fire people for no reason and make jokes about it infront of other non management employees. This is NOT a good company to work for. If you are applying for this company remember there are no friends there but there are only people who are out to get you. Work for yourself and only look out for yourself. This is only a temp job as well for you will be let go!!
