      Culture, flexibility, interesting projects, stability, forward thinking.

      Cons

      Base salaries could be higher. However, much of that is made up on the bonuses.

      Pros

      Can work anywhere and set own hours. Do not need approval for PTO. Company is busy and very mission-driven. The company's dedication to creating great learning spaces is very rewarding. ESOP company. Quarterly company-wide educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Some of processes are tedious. A lot of information with a lot of changes makes it challenging for new team members to learn GMB standards.
