      Good for the early carrer like if you have no other choice There are good collegues Good projects

      GMV used to be good and valued their employees now they value money Worst managers Top managers get bonuses and we write proposals The organisation chart is a mess there are multiple layers of middle managers Salaries are worst They tell you they are 5th biggest company and pay you peanuts Managers use your CV to get projects No guidance No carrers path No task management tool No training

      there is no Pro I can think of

      Cons

      * No CLEAR job description * talked about something at the interviews (Software Engineer position & interviews) - after joining working in Service Desk. Not even close to the position and projects discused and certainly not close to software development. * the managers that were in the interview are denying what was discussed and came up with a totally different story.

      They promise and they fail

      Pros

      Interesting projects and mentality of a small business. Slow-paced workflow makes things easier. Coworkers are awesome.

      Cons

      All the promises they give you when you join them dissapear across your path in the company (remote working, fast career progress). They are becoming a big consultant, with high rotation of skilled professionals and a complete mess of organization when talking about working procedures. Tres Cantos HQ are old and makes you depressed. Salary is just a joke. People with 10 years of experience are earning what others in other companies in just 2. Run away.
