      Friendly colleagues but lack of office culture and lack of work to do.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Lots of opportunity for training.

      Cons

      Most managers work remotely. Office is empty more than 50% of the time. There is often a lot of down time, or not enough work to do. Even if you ask for more work, there may not be extra work available. I was often given tasks that I did not have expertise in and was not given any support when I asked for it.
