- Good and youg atmosphere. - Exceptional workmates. - Opportunities to work abroad. - Interesting international projects. - High talented people. - Good relationships with managers. - Good salary for a first job.

Cons

- No great future expectatives. - It looks difficult to change your field of activities. - Commuting to Tres Cantos from Madrid to work 8.75h can be exhausting.

Cons

None that I am aware of, probably the dedication required but this always happens when you are doing an interesting work! The flexibility in schedule pays for that!
