Pros

The ambience is great and very friendly. There is a big brand of projects where you can work. Perks are ok. There is also a lot of mobility, if you want to work abroad they probably can send you there.

Cons

Salaries are not top and you work long hours. It's difficult to move up, which causes experienced people to leave the company.

Pros

Telework 8 or 10 weeks. Medicover Premium. Language reimbursement is up to 700 euros, although languages are mostly limited to Spanish and English.

Cons

The poorest management I ever experienced. Instead of being supportive and organizing teams and tasks, to be more effective and give additional value, they are creating additional problems for no reason. In managers, I didn't meet a true leader from which you can learn and feel good next to him/her. But this is maybe just my experience, it is a huge company and I believe there are brilliant people. Sometimes toxic environment. Not all, but most people like to gossip, instead of focusing on co-op and supporting their teammates, which would make it a much better place to work at. Sometimes there is a lack of professionalism. Weird decisions, justiced with ignorance. The manager acts friendly during the whole year, but when it comes to evaluation even the smallest mistake is considered catastrophic and if one has not prepared slides/arguments/results that are hugely compensated for the issue one can be in a problem. Managers seem to be ready for any kind of negotiations of a raise, better title or any of benefits.
