Pros

30% employee discount. Fun to interact with most customers. Rewarding to help people meet fitness goals.

Cons

Threats against all managers in conference calls if sales objectives aren't met. Many of the products we sell are much too expensive. Very high sales pressure.

Pros

Decent company that is trying to improve but is struggling. Flavor of the day is what's important there, meaning what's important changes daily or weekly here.

Cons

Poor company culture, long hours, constant fire to handle things, poor compensation for industry average since most others make more money, stores are really old with no plans for remodels
