Helping people live a healthier life. Lots of opportunity to train associates & build character. Pays competitively. Lots of products to try, free of cost. High job satisfaction. Great team atmosphere.

Cons

Weak communication between head office and store level. Company changes must advance internationally - at the same time. Not one country at a time. You don’t see Apple or Starbucks changing their business tactics, in only one country at a time. #AllOrNothing
