Beware of management

Pros

Commission , ability to work at different stores for extra hours

Cons

They pay slightly below minimum wage on ypur base salary. Most managers do not care about your position and if an associate has a problem with a manager it is ignored most of the time. Managers do not get regularly checked on and can basically do and say what they want while leaving associates to do all the work. Managers are not trained on how to properly lead a team. GNC brand products are not high quality but are pushed over higher quality products for sales purposes.
