Pros

Always changing and updating for current trends within the fitness community. As a sales associate if you're busy, you can easily hit the recommended kpi's but if you're slow, goodluck. All my associates were always enthusiastic to work at GNC.

Cons

Hourly wage was frozen to $11.25 after the increase in minimum wage because we receive commission. Unfortunately that's business but still a con.
