Worst job I have ever had.

Pros

Commission was pretty much the best reason to work here before the decided to cut down on all the promotional money received from GNC and third party brands. So in all honesty nothing is a "pro" about this company.

Cons

They cut out the managers incentive (not like it mattered to me) but now everyone in the store is on the same playing field which makes it more of a competitive place to work now. Senior sales manager is constantly up everyone's nose to sell sell sell KPIs and most importantly vitamin packs. Management does nothing helpful or motivating to help get your numbers up. They threaten with warnings for write ups which do stay in your file.

Cons

Sales drive, competition. Focused on sales and money. A lot of employees don't even know what they are talking and customers did know it sometimes.
