      Pros

      Helping people reach their personal wellness goals, great products, Good discount, gaining life long knowledge about dietary supplements. My supervisors have helped me grow personally and professionally.

      Cons

      High stress and responsibility for the financial compensation. Lack of on going training due to isolated location. Minimal budget to train staff in lower volume stores is very challenging.

      Pros

      Learn tons about health and nutrition. There is a lot of down time in which (if you are interested in it, which you should be) you can educate yourself on health, vitamins, supplements and the like. You learn to practice what you preach.Education it gave me was priceless. If you are interested in the sales industry it is a great job to hone those skills.

      Cons

      Low pay, long committment needed to advance past store manager. There are commissions on various things, but it is really a college job. If you become a store mangager you will be making around $9 an hour.
