Pros

Laid back, success depends on desire to learn constantly and be willing to share information with customers. Don't sell, like GNC wants, guide instead and you will build your customers and increase how well you do and how good you look.

Cons

Ever since the company went public, all they care about is their product numbers. GNC brand products, vitamins and gold cards. Its not fun like it once was trying to help that person lose 50 pounds or that kid gain muscle. Now if you try that you wont meet sales quotas on store brand products and possibly get disciplined.
