Pros

At GNC you will learn a lot about products that will improve you health and your life. If your self motivated and actually take pride in working hard and hitting sales goals it is a very rewarding job. You meet a lot of like minded individuals. Sales associates are allowed a lot of responsibility and it helps train them to become managers quickly.

Cons

As a sales associate you are pushed to sell GNC products that you don't make commission on and you make commission on other products that hurt your sales numbers.

Pros

I worked here as a part time job. At my location, I worked with great people, which I believe really makes a difference. My manager provided a fair amount of training, and I found it interesting to learn about all of the products. I would recommend GNC to someone looking for a similar position.

Cons

Depending on your location, low traffic can mean lower sales, which means a lower salary.

Pros

Gain knowledge in nutrition. Increase skills in sales.

Cons

LOW pay. Limited mobility. Commission on sales is low and only on selected products (managers get better commission rates).
