Commission is there but isn’t permanent, it can disappear for months with no promise to return, which makes bills hard to pay. Tech support is so hard to get a hold of, and when you do there’s a good chance they don’t know how to fix your issue. Training for the position is also non existent. All your KPI’s can be in the green, but upper management will still have negative things to say, even if your store brings in millions a year.
