      Pros

      GNY is a fantastic company to work. GNY is a small company and people get to know each other quickly. People are friendly and supportive. The leadship team is open to new ideas and so employees are motivated to work.

      Cons

      Every person has his/her own role. GNY is not a good place for a person who is not motivated.

      Good benefits...nice coworkers and management.

      A lot of older management. Most people spend their entire careers there. No real opportunities for growth since they tend to hire from outside
