Pros

Amazing work environment. Coworkers are all extremely professional and hardworking but also friendly, laid back and know how to have fun. Lots of perks like free parking downtown anytime, catered lunches every two weeks, a beer fridge and drinks, good pay, lots of PTO even if you haven't been there long, and managers who understand the fine line between offering help but also not micromanaging. Best job I've ever had hands down.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any. The 401K plan is weak but they say they are working on improving it.

Growing Company--People and Mission Oriented

Pros

Talented people managing super fast growing business. Most teamwork I've ever seen. Definitely a get-it-done mentality among employees. Individual medical insurance. 401K. A game room and kitchen.

Cons

Growing fast=growing pains (they don't overcome the pros though). This is a great place to work! 401K match could be beefed up a bit.

Pros

Working with highly skilled subject matter experts. Some relaxed personnel policies relive pressure that you would expect from a similar sized company. Importance of leisure/personal time is not lost.

Cons

Growing company sees turnover as new departments and staff are added. You need to be able to adapt to big changes quickly.
