      Pros

      The organization does a great job at Professional resources such as training, research tools and reference material. It is a Very friendly, respectful, and supportive environment. Flexible work schedule is afforded to the staff to enhance work-life balance.

      Cons

      Poor support staff and very little accountability of poor performance of lower rank staff. It has been a challenge to find staff support that is knowledgeable and willing to work. It often appears the support staff are disgruntled, having a sense of entitlement while at the same time doing as little as possible.
