Poor Management, Software division is rampant with favourtism

The mission and technology used to help beat cancer is cutting edge.

Cons

Very poor leadership, all fighting there own agendas to be top dog. Everyone seems to be an associate director or above without experience and promoted multiple times a year without constant oversight. Mostly observed in the software team, from its SVP and UK Leads. They are tunnel focused, have personal agendas and make individuals feel scared of raising voices. Most political and demoralising firm I have ever worked for.

Managers genuinely care about you. Everyone's opinion matters, no matter how senior or junior you are. Plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development.
