Their best leader - COO - left in December. He was the 4 or 5 in the growing list of Execs to leave in the last 15 months.
Cons
CEO doesn’t know the business. Sits in his office all day. CTO is a poser. Has learned a lot about restaurant tech but who wouldn’t after 5+ years. He can often be heard yelling at his staff in India or people in the office. Look for ex-execs. There are lots of them that were smart enough to see there is only one person profiting. Options are way overvalue and work environment is tough with a CTO who would’ve been fired in any other company. He is an HR disaster. Treats colleagues and staff like garbage. It’s taken 5 years to pierce 7 digit revenue. No HR manager means good luck with any grievances.
