During my period, there were no pros working in this firm. Now that I heard they have shifted their office location to a new building, I suppose their office might be cleaner than before.
Cons
The workplace environment is heavily plagued by internal politics, making it exhausting to navigate interpersonal dynamics. The level of gossip and rumormongering surpasses what one might expect, resembling conversations found in informal social gatherings rather than a professional setting. Despite being touted as a company adhering to international standards, the remote management by top executives based abroad exacerbates the disconnect. During my tenure, the office conditions were subpar, with rodents and insects freely roaming, including cockroaches infesting the pantry and even contaminating food supplies. Sanitation was severely lacking, with washrooms displaying unsanitary conditions and evidence of spitting pan residue. While I've heard that there has been a relocation of the office premises since my departure, I cannot verify any improvements firsthand. Given my experience, if there was an option, I would refrain from assigning any stars.
