No pros because salary is paid late and no extra perks when you become an old employee

Cons

They laid off people before Diwali without any strong proof and HR and old employees are still working who supports favoritism. Management is like nightmare who laid off hardworking people who were since inception during festival time.

Friendly work culture and good collegues, Employee-friendly HR policies and understanding top management. Various engaging events are planned during festival season. You get chance to work on challenging projects where we get more exposure. Good overall experience and opportunity for growth !
