      Pros

      Overall a really great place to work. Everyone one here is laid back yet still very professional. They are very fair and understanding.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the company doesn't have bonuses anymore. If they reinstate that I think it will bring the staff to strive harder and be more productive.

      Pros

      The company was very understanding of flexible time as long as the time was spent in the office. I was also able to make a steady progression of compensation with performance for a great many years until I reached a cap. The company does do a good job at trying to balance the rising cost of health care with the benefits.

      Cons

      It is a good old boys club. This translates into some people being in upper positions that do not have strong leadership skills. Very slow to adapt to changing technologies and employment landscape.
